Sisley-Paris Sisleÿa Le Teint Foundation swatches

Sisley-Paris has out done themselves with their gorgeous new foundation Sisleÿa Le Teint.  It’s medium coverage foundation that is easily build-able, but honestly it works so much magic on your skin that even you full coverage lovers won’t find yourself building it up.

It’s an anti-aging foundation that does a fantastic job of creating an even skin tone.  I struggle with redness and uneven skin tone with my super sensitive skin.  As you can see Sisleÿa Le Teint covered my redness and created a flawless base for the rest of my makeup.  I prefer to see skin with a natural finish rather than a “plastic foundation” finish, but I also need enough coverage to neutralize my redness.  I also loved that it’s lightweight and easy to wear.

I wanted you to be able to see the coverage in real life.  This is my bare face with just moisturizer on.  You can see that my skin is quite pink.

Here you can see half of my face still bare and half of my face with just the foundation on.  No powder or concealer.

This final photo is just foundation on my whole face, again no concealer or powder.

I know a lot of you won’t be able to swatch this in person so I hope these swatches are a helpful resource for you.  There are 8 shades and while I love the foundation and the Sisley-Paris line I am disappointed that it doesn’t represent a global market place.  The shade range is very limited.  I am wearing shade 1.B Ivory mixed with a bit of 0.R Vanilla.  I actually think I could make either work on their own.

  1. It’s $170!!!!! I sure hope it works that well! lol. But obviously paying $170 for a foundation you can’t even swatch… makes it tough. I use a Korean foundation called Koh Gen Do, and they actually sell tiny sample sizes so you can pick your proper colour. (It’s unfortunate they SELL them, alas…)

    • Yes I am very familiar with Koh Gen Do. And you’re right it’s a hefty price tag. But the entire line is one of the top end luxury brands on the market. Their skin care mixed with color technology is world class. But not in everyone’s budget, that’s for sure! 🙂

  2. Hi Trisha , just wondered what shade you are wearing ? We have similar colouring , fair/light with cool pink to neutral undertones 🙂

  3. Thanks for all the swatches! I really appreciate you demonstrating the coverage, too, so we can see for ourselves. The finish looks great. Did it live up to the longevity claims?
