If you haven’t jumped on the Makeup Geek Cosmetics train yet it’s time to take the plunge!   I started following Marlena the founder years ago back in her blogger days and I’ve loved seeing her build an incredible cosmetics line!  It’s super affordable, products are talc, paraben and cruelty free.  While they have a range of brushes, shadows, blush, contour powders, highlights, and palettes their eye shadows are what they are most known for!

The shadows come in pan form so you can create the perfect palette with all the colors and finishes you love!  No more buying pre-made palettes with colors that you don’t really want.  The blushes come in pan and compact form.  I prefer to purchase them in pan form so I can put them in Z-Palettes.

Here are the new shades!  There are nine new foiled shadows, seven new Matte’s and 2 new Satin’s.

Starting with the gorgeous crimson on my wrist and working up my arm they are: Curtain Call, Epic, Hype, Plot Twist, Sorcery, Take Two, Legend, Limelight and Nostalgia.

Curtain Call is a cranberry red with a foiled finish.

Epic is an emerald green with a metallic foiled finish.

Hype is an amethyst purple with a metallic foiled finish.

Plot Twist is a medium periwinkle with a metallic foiled finish.

Sorcery is a deep slate with a metallic foiled finish.

Take Two is an olive green with a foiled finish.

Legend is a warm bronze with a metallic foiled finish.

Limelight is a lime green with a metallic foiled finish.
